On June 5, 2025, Sergey Boytsov, an extreme athlete from Russia, ascended to an altitude of 1,500 meters via a hot air balloon. Without safety equipment, he completed a challenging 7 sets of 6 gymnastic rotations on a horizontal bar fixed to the balloon. Verified by the WRCA, it has been officially recognized as the “Highest Unprotected Performance of 360-degree Rotations (7 sets of 6 rotations each without safety equipment)”.
