The cast iron teapot sculpture, which is located in Nancun Town, Jincheng, Shanxi, China, was produced one-time by traditional casting and fundrasing was organized by the local government. The sculpture has a height of 965 cm (including the teapot handle), a diameter of 703 cm, a wall thickness of 8 cm, a volume of 125.6 m and a weight of 134.5 T (including the teapot handle and teapot lid). Verified by the World Record Certification Agency (WRCA), it has been confirmed as “the world’s largest cast iron teapot”.
