Deependra Ratna SHAKYA (Nepal) has a complete Collection of Banknotes and Coins from the 193 member states of the United Nations (UN), with 2 Pieces of banknotes and 2 Pieces of Coins from each participating country, setting the world record for largest collection of banknotes and coins of the UN member States.

The Minister of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, Barsha Man Pun, handed the Certificate to Deependra at a function held at the Government of Nepal Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation in Kathmandu, Nepal, on 8 July 2020.

Deependra is the Life Member of Nepal Numismatic Society, Life Member of Nepal Philatelic Society and Member of International Banknote Society (IBNS) Australia and UK. He has a great passion for the world banknotes. He started this hobby 10 years ago and the passion in the field is still the same.
