On October 28, 2016 Mr. Dai Shihui (Jiangxi, Ji’an), an active soldier in the armed forces, completed 18 ab rollouts in 30 seconds, carrying an extra load of 15kg on his back. The rollouts were performed in accordance with the established standards and successfully set a new World Record.
