Alishba Eman, from Karachi, Pakistan, was born on 14 September 2003. At the age of 21, she authored and published the internationally noted book Cognitive Code: Integrating AI into Mental Health Practice. The work was completed around 15 June 2025 and officially published on 20 June 2025, marking a pioneering contribution at the intersection of artificial intelligence and mental health. Her achievement has garnered attention and recognition from multiple governmental bodies and professional platforms, including the UN Sindh Human Rights Department, the Government of Sindh, the UK Global Youth Awards, and the US Neoteric Summit. Verified by the WRCA, this accomplishment has been recognized as the “Youngest Female Author to Publish a Book at the AI-Mental Health Intersection.”
