Most thousand-layered tripe sold by a hotpot brand in 12 hours

In the world record challenge initiated by Chengdu Houwei Catering Management Co., Ltd.'s brand "Yue Man Da Jiang Thousand-Layer Tripe Hot Pot", a total of 11593 servings of the "thousand-layered tripe" dish were sold across 40 offline stores on 17th September 2023, from 9 am to 9 pm. Verified by the WRCA, the event successfully set the world record for the "Most thousand-layered tripe sold by a hotpot brand in 12 hours".
